How places are given
Boys' school, 150 places for boys who reach the combined qualifying standard (SET two-fifths, second stage three-fifths). After EHCP, looked-after children and children of staff, up to 110 places go by test rank from any address; up to 25 places for Pupil Premium boys; up to 15 places for boys living in SM1 to SM7 or postcodes beginning KT4 8, CR0 4 or CR4 4. Ties are broken by distance to the school.
